How is my price determined?
Your service rate is based on details of your home such as square footage, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the level of cleaning that is necessary.
Do I need an on-site visit to obtain an estimate?
No, an on-site visit is not required to obtain a preliminary estimate for cleaning services - but it is highly recommended. Final price quotes cannot be provided until we view the property in person.
We are happy to review photos of each room in an effort to help make the preliminary estimate more accurate.
What type of cleaning products do you use?
At the customer's request, Nayborlee Home Keeping staff will either use cleaning products provided by the client or all-purpose cleaners designed for multiple surfaces and speciality cleaners designed for specific surfaces such as glass, tile, metal, and wood.
Upon customer request, we may also use organic, natural and eco-friendly products to limit chemical exposure in the home.
Do you have a standard list of maintenance services?
Absolutely - in addition to our cleaning services our HandyPro staff are available to:
- Unclog drains and pipes
- Wash windows
- Clean porches and patios
- Maintain grounds/landscaping
- Repair and install glass
- Change light bulbs
- Perform home improvement tasks
- Paint exterior and interior
- Repair drywall
- Repair tile/regrout
- Change filters and
- Other tasks, as requested
Do you offer emergency or after-hour service?
We try our best to accommodate our customer's schedule wherever possible; however not all cleaning appointments can be extended without prior notice. If you request rush, emergency or after-hours service or need us to start a project after normal business hours (after 5 or on Saturday or Sunday) our after-hours rate is increased. Please refer to the Customer Terms of Agreement for complete details.
Do you offer linen laundering and replacement services?
Yes, for our customers who require turnover services for their rental properties, we provide both on-site and off-premise linen laundering services.
We also provide hotel-quality linens at our customer's request.
