COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS / COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS

You bring people together.
Give the connection a place to grow.

A civic group, a neighborhood association, a faith community, or a local nonprofit. People already know you as a place to begin. Help them stay connected to the neighbors around them between meetings, projects, and events.

Apply for a new or existing neighborhood. No invitation needed.

A community starts with people who care about the place. Bring your local knowledge, make a useful introduction, and give neighbors a reason to come back.

01 / START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

Build on the trust you already share.

A meeting ends. The chairs get put away. Someone meant to ask about volunteering, and someone else wanted to meet the family who just moved down the street. There is more to the connection than the date on the calendar.

Nayborlee gives a neighborhood a shared place for those everyday conversations: a local update, an encouraging story, a request for help, or a plan to spend time together.

Your organization can help introduce that place to the people you serve. Choose a specific neighborhood to support, whether its community page already exists or is just getting started.

Think one neighborhood, subdivision, or residential community — the place people share, rather than an entire county or state.

01 / A USEFUL INTRODUCTION

Keep a good conversation going.

Share the community joining link after a gathering so neighbors have a voluntary way to stay connected.

02 / A USEFUL INTRODUCTION

Make local help easier to find.

Share a relevant volunteer opportunity, neighborhood resource, or useful update under the community’s rules.

03 / A USEFUL INTRODUCTION

Bring people into the plan.

Post a community Happening and invite neighbors to join a cleanup, a gathering, or another local activity.

02 / CHOOSE YOUR PART

Host, sponsor,
or both.

As a host, you run the community: welcome members, look after conversations, and help people feel comfortable joining in. Open community hosting is free. If you request and pay for a closed community, you are its host.

As a sponsor, you support the page and help introduce it to others. Your photo, a short bio, welcome, and website link give neighbors a clear introduction to the person and organization behind that support.

You can sponsor without managing the page, or choose to do both. When you sponsor only, the existing host stays in place; if there isn’t one, hosting defaults to Nayborlee.

Join the conversation, share something useful, invite a neighbor, or help people discover a local Happening. The goal is a community people enjoy taking part in.

03 / A PERSON BEHIND THE NAME

A familiar face.
A proper introduction.

Choose Community organization in the application. Add your name and organization name, then provide the organization and contact details requested. You do not need a brokerage to host or sponsor as an organization.

Add your photo, a brief bio, and a warm welcome. Sponsors include one link to their professional website. Your account details and contact information are collected separately from your public introduction.

You can return to your workspace to update your details. Sponsoring without hosting still gives you a place to manage your sponsor profile.

04 / FROM APPLICATION TO WELCOME

One application.
A clear next step.

Choose your neighborhood and role. Find an existing page or request a new one. Choose hosting, sponsorship, or both, and see how open or closed hosting changes your pricing.

Tell us about yourself. Select your profile type, add your organization details and introduction, and confirm your account. The application asks for the details that fit your selection.

Continue to checkout when payment is needed. We check the location and role availability automatically. Paid roles lead straight to checkout; free open hosting does not require a purchase. Review your renewal terms and any individual offer before paying.

THE HONEST PART

Connection takes
people showing up.

Nayborlee gives neighbors a place to talk about what’s new, share recommendations, and make plans. Participation grows through the people who choose to join in.

Sponsorship does not guarantee members, sales, donations, referrals, or leads. It gives you a visible way to support a neighborhood and help with its welcome.

05 / A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Make the introduction
with confidence.

Can I apply for an existing community?

Yes. Choose an existing neighborhood or request a new one in the same application. We check the location and role availability automatically. Hosting and sponsorship depend on availability; applying does not replace an existing host or sponsor.

Do I have to host if I sponsor?

No. A sponsor supports the page and introduces it to others. A host manages membership and the day-to-day community. You can choose both roles. If you only sponsor, the existing host continues, or Nayborlee is the default host.

What will appear on the community page?

The top of the page introduces the current host and sponsor with their photos and short bios. Sponsor details include a professional website link and a warm welcome. Account information, contact phone numbers, and your application address are not published as part of that introduction.

What does it cost, and how does renewal work?

Hosting an open community is free. Sponsorship is paid, and closed community hosting has a separate fee paid by its host. Your selections show the applicable pricing in the application. Review any individual discount or free period, the renewal rate, and billing frequency before checkout. Free months are only included when specifically offered.

Can I take part without being the host?

Yes. As a sponsor, you can participate in the community, post, meet neighbors, and invite people. Sponsorship does not grant host moderation powers or access to private account contact details. Community access follows its membership rules.

What happens if sponsorship ends?

Your sponsor promotion is removed and the spot can become available to someone else. The community can continue, as can any separately held hosting role or ordinary membership. Paid closed hosting is a separate arrangement and requires its own active coverage.
