NAYBORLEE / LOCAL PR

Good things
are happening.
Let’s tell
people.

Publicity that helps people discover and participate in local life.

For the businesses, professionals, and organizations giving people a reason to connect. We find the story, prepare the words, and reach out to the people who can help share it.

YOUR STORY HAS A PLACE HERE.

Openings & milestones.
Expertise & ideas.
Projects & gatherings.

Let’s find the story—and who needs to hear it. ↗

A USEFUL KIND OF VISIBILITY

Give the story
somewhere to go.

You may have a new opening, a useful perspective, or a gathering worth knowing about. Finding the right words—and the right people to send them to—takes time.

Nayborlee Local PR brings that work together: clear stories, relevant outreach, and communications people can act on.

01 / THE WORK

Three reasons
to get the word out.

01

Launch
something.

A new business. A second location. An exhibition, program, or meaningful milestone.

We develop the story, prepare announcement materials, research relevant contacts, and carry out an agreed campaign of media outreach and community submissions.

A clear campaign built around a real reason to pay attention.

02

Become a
local source.

Make your experience useful to the people you serve.

For real estate agents and other local experts, we identify relevant topics and media opportunities, develop story angles, and help prepare commentary drawn from your actual knowledge. You approve every statement attributed to you.

Your expertise, expressed clearly and offered where it fits.

03

Bring people
together.

A monthly coffee morning. A workshop series. A neighborhood arts evening.

We help explain what makes your gathering worth joining, prepare invitations and publicity, and give the next date a fresh introduction. You organize and run the gathering.

A welcoming invitation—and a reason to come back.

02 / YOUR PLACE IN THE STORY

Local takes
many forms.

Choose an example to see how the service could work for you. These are illustrative ideas, not client results.

AN EXAMPLE / INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES

A café with
more to share.

Your café starts a monthly art evening. We shape the invitation, introduce the participating artist, prepare calendar submissions, and pitch a relevant local story.

Afterward, we help you invite people to the next date and stay connected through an optional Nayborlee group.

Give people a reason to meet—and meet again.

03 / PRACTICAL SUPPORT

The words. The outreach.
The follow-through.

01

A story worth sharing

Positioning, background research, a short business or professional profile, and a clear reason the story matters locally.

02

Materials ready to use

Approved pitches, announcement or event copy, customer emails, and social captions you can share through your own channels.

03

Relevant introductions

Researched outlets and current published contacts, tailored outreach, appropriate follow-up, and eligible community calendar submissions.

04

A clear record of the work

See what was sent, who responded, and what was published. We review inquiries and participation information you provide to help shape the next campaign.

PUBLICITY & COMMUNICATIONS

You run the event.
We help tell its story.

Our service supports the publicity before and after a gathering. The host manages the venue, schedule, bookings, ticketing, suppliers, staffing, and attendee experience.

On-site attendance, event coordination, hosting, and event-day support are not included.

04 / START WITH A CLEAR SCOPE

A launch.
Or an ongoing presence.

Starting prices cover one organization, one local market, and a defined campaign. Your final quote depends on the scope, content, and outreach required. We agree the deliverables, timeline, and fee before work begins.

Monthly local PR

Starting at $495 per month

For one priority story or gathering each month, with consistent preparation and follow-through.

  • A monthly planning check-in and one campaign angle.
  • One customer email and three social captions.
  • One round of tailored outreach to up to six relevant contacts, with appropriate follow-up.
  • Up to five eligible calendar submissions or updates for one public gathering.
  • One consolidated revision round before outreach.

05 / HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Clear from the
first conversation.

  1. 01

    Tell us what’s happening.

Share your business or organization, the people you want to reach, your timing, and what you hope they’ll do next.

  2. 02

    Agree the campaign.

We confirm the story, scope, suitable channels, and fee. You provide accurate details, approved photographs, and any required permissions.

  3. 03

    Review, then reach out.

You approve facts, quotes, and materials. We send the agreed outreach, track responses, and bring interview requests or new decisions to you.

  4. 04

    Learn what connected.

We report submissions, responses, and verified coverage alongside the inquiries, registrations, or attendance figures you share.

THE NAYBORLEE CONNECTION

Let the first hello
lead somewhere.

A story can help someone discover you. A group or a gathering gives them a way to take part.

Where it fits, we can include setup guidance for a free Nayborlee group with a public introduction and private member conversations. Public-introduction groups go through review before opening. Eligible public events can also be reviewed for free county Happenings listings.

These free options remain available without buying PR services. Neighborhood sponsorship and fully private group hosting are separate, optional offers.

06 / GOOD QUESTIONS

A few things
to know.

Do we need an event to work with you?

No. A business opening, useful expertise, a new program, an exhibition, or a meaningful local story can all be a starting point. We’ll discuss whether there is a credible publicity opportunity before agreeing the work.

Can you help with an event we already run?

Yes. We can work with your established format and focus on the story, invitation, calendar listings, and media outreach. You continue to organize and deliver the event.

Will someone from Nayborlee attend or manage our event?

No. The service is delivered through publicity and communications work. Event planning logistics, staffing, hosting, ticketing, and on-site support remain with your team.

Do you guarantee coverage, attendance, or new customers?

No. Editors choose what to publish, and people choose whether to participate. Your fee pays for the agreed research, materials, outreach, follow-up, and reporting. We distinguish a submission or positive reply from confirmed published coverage.

How does this work for real estate agents?

We develop local stories and media opportunities around your actual experience. That might involve an informed neighborhood perspective, a useful explanation, or a community initiative. You verify market claims, approve attributed commentary, and obtain any required brokerage approval. A sponsored neighborhood introduction is a separate offer.

Who sends newsletters and posts on our social accounts?

The standard packages provide approved copy for your team to distribute to its own audience. We handle the agreed media and community outreach. Account management, newsletter sending, and social scheduling require a separately agreed scope.

Can we work with you outside the neighborhoods already on Nayborlee?

Yes, you can.

What if a journalist wants to interview us?

We flag the request, clarify the deadline, and help coordinate the next step. You provide the expertise and participate in the interview. Extensive interview coaching, urgent requests, or additional materials are scoped separately if needed.

How do payments and monthly commitments work?

A launch is a standalone project. Ongoing support is optional. Your written agreement confirms the fee, payment dates, service period, and cancellation terms before work begins. Sending an inquiry does not create a subscription or a charge.

LET’S FIND YOUR LOCAL STORY

What’s happening
in your corner
of the world?

Tell us what you do, where you do it, and what you’d like people to discover. We’ll start with a conversation about what fits.

No obligation. A clear proposal before any paid work.
