NEIGHBORHOOD SPONSORSHIP / REAL ESTATE

Real estate client retention
starts in the neighborhood.

Nayborlee gives real estate agents a useful way to stay connected to past clients after closing: neighborhood sponsorship, a public Community partner credit, and welcome materials that help clients meet their neighbors.

Your clients move in. Then they disappear into a neighborhood you can’t reach. You hand over the keys, send a closing gift, and hope they remember your name in seven years. Give them a place to land — and an introduction worth remembering.

Start a conversation about your neighborhood. Placement is subject to approval and is nonexclusive.

Neighborhood sponsorship that keeps real estate agents connected to past clients long after closing day — across neighborhoods, subdivisions, condo communities, and 55+ developments.

01 / THE ROOM MOVED

Stay connected to past clients
after closing.

The relationship didn’t end. The room disappeared. Staying in touch with past real estate clients is easier when you have something useful to share about the place they now call home.

Here’s something I’ve been thinking about. Chambers of commerce were built for businesses with a front door. Mixers, ribbon cuttings, foot traffic. The whole model assumes people show up somewhere.

But the fastest-growing professional class in America works from a laptop at the kitchen table. She’s running a bookkeeping practice in Bowie. She’s not going to a mixer. She’s not cutting a ribbon. She’s part of the local economy and she’s completely invisible to the institutions that were built to support her.

The same thing happened to neighborhoods, just quieter. Nobody goes to the block party anymore. People wave from the driveway. A misdelivered package is the closest thing to a real conversation with the people living twenty feet away.

The institutions didn’t fail. Nobody did anything wrong. The room just moved, and nobody sent a change-of-address card.

Real estate has the same problem from the other direction. You sell someone a house in a neighborhood, and then you lose access to them. Not because the relationship went bad. Because there’s no room anymore. No natural place where you stay part of their daily life after closing.

Traditional real estate marketing — holiday cards, market update emails, social media touchpoints — depends on reaching out at the right moment. Neighborhood sponsorship gives your name a place in the neighborhood introduction clients find on their own.

02 / WHAT NAYBORLEE ACTUALLY IS

A neighborhood board
for your real estate clients.

Nayborlee is a private online board for the people your clients share a place with. A neighborhood, a new subdivision, a condo building, a 55+ community. The streets and hallways they actually live on.

Neighbors use it to share plumber recommendations, post Happenings, ask who’s got a ladder to borrow, figure out what’s going on with the school board. Everything shows up in order. Nothing gets buried by an algorithm.

The board is where it starts. The porch is where it ends up. It’s the gateway, not the destination. The point was never to keep people on a screen. The point is getting them off the screen and onto the street.

It’s free for neighbors. Always.

That’s not a promotion. That’s the model.

03 / WHERE YOU FIT

Neighborhood marketing ideas
for real estate agents.

Add the neighborhood’s joining QR code to a closing packet, share its public introduction in your client newsletter, or hand a new owner a welcome card. These are simple ways to make neighborhood marketing useful from move-in day.

You can help bring a neighborhood together before anyone has figured out how to introduce themselves. An approved Community partner credit puts your name and public link on the group’s public introduction. The welcome kit gives you something useful to put in a new owner’s hands.

Think about what you currently do to stay in front of past clients. The holiday card. The market update email. The comment on their Facebook post. All of it is you reaching out, hoping the timing is right.

This gives the relationship another place to begin. Neighbors arrive for their own reasons: a recommendation, an introduction, a plan for Saturday. Your role is to help them find that place.

A useful neighborhood welcome can keep your name associated with the place your clients call home. Optional paid sponsorship extends that presence on the terms you agree to.

01 / YOUR NAME

A public partner credit.

Your approved name and link on the group’s public introduction. A clear connection to the community you support.

02 / YOUR MATERIALS

A welcome worth keeping.

Standard welcome cards, a QR code, a flyer, and ready-to-use introductions. Co-branded cards are available by separate quote.

03 / YOUR PART

One useful introduction.

Add a listing or joining link to your welcome materials. No event schedule, referral quota, or member management required.

04 / WHY EARLY MATTERS

Neighborhood sponsorship
for real estate agents.

Think about Zillow in 2006: a home valuation site before it became a fixture of real estate. The appeal of showing up early is easy to understand. You have time to build a presence while people are still discovering the place.

That’s the idea behind joining a neighborhood early. Help with the first welcome. Put the board in a closing packet. Give someone a reason to meet the people around them.

A neighborhood may grow from 50 families to 500, or stay small. Early participation gives you time to build familiarity. It does not guarantee an audience, leads, or a permanent position.

05 / THE HONEST PART

We’re early.
You should know that.

If you’re looking for a platform with ten thousand neighborhoods and a case study deck, that’s not us yet.

The product is real. You can see the board, use the welcome materials, and help introduce a community. What comes next depends on the neighbors who choose to take part.

We’re not promising crowds on day one. We’re offering a useful place to begin — with the arrangement spelled out before you commit.

06 / FAQ

Real estate sponsorship:
your questions answered.

How can I stay in touch with past real estate clients?

Start with something relevant to their life after the move: a neighborhood joining link in your closing packet, a welcome card, or a public community introduction in your client newsletter. Nayborlee gives you these materials and, after approval, a public Community partner credit. You can support the introduction without managing the group or accessing private conversations.

What are some neighborhood marketing ideas for realtors?

Share a neighborhood QR code with new homeowners, link to the public introduction from your website, and include a short neighborhood welcome in your client newsletter. Nayborlee provides standard welcome materials after approval. Keep the invitation useful and voluntary; a partner credit identifies your support without presenting it as a neighbor’s recommendation.

What real estate sponsorship ideas does Nayborlee offer?

Begin with a free, approved Community partner credit and standard welcome materials. Optional paid neighborhood placements and separately quoted co-branded cards offer other ways to support the welcome. We confirm the exact placement, reach, price, and terms before you accept; sponsorship does not guarantee referrals or leads.

What does “founding sponsor” mean?

An early, approved supporter of a neighborhood’s introduction or sponsored placement. You help give new neighbors somewhere to land while the community is getting started. Current founding terms offer a limited introductory discount; they do not reserve an exclusive territory, permanent first position, or a lifetime rate.

So what am I actually buying?

A Community partner credit on an approved public introduction and standard welcome materials are free. Optional sponsored placements are agreed separately: 90 days free, then 50% off the standard rate for the first 12 paid months after written acceptance. The separate 55+ founding offer starts with six months free. Co-branded cards are quoted separately.

What if it doesn’t grow?

That is a real possibility. Nayborlee does not promise a number of members, visits, referrals, or leads. Paid placement is considered when an area reaches 200 members or five active communities. Nothing becomes paid automatically; we confirm the reach, price, and terms before you accept.

Why wouldn’t I just wait until it’s bigger?

You can. Starting early gives you a chance to help with the first introductions and build familiarity over time. The current founding discount lasts for the first 12 paid months; it is not a guarantee of exclusive access or future results.

How is this different from running ads?

A Community partner credit recognizes your role in helping neighbors find the group. It can accompany a useful welcome card or joining link. Optional paid sponsored placements are identified as sponsorship, and never presented as a neighbor’s recommendation.

Can another business sponsor the same neighborhood later?

Yes. Partner credits and current sponsored placements are nonexclusive. Founding participation does not reserve the neighborhood or prevent other local businesses from supporting it.

What do I actually get?

After approval, your name and public link can appear as a Community partner on the group’s public introduction. Standard materials include printable welcome cards, a joining QR code, a flyer, and short introductions for your newsletter or website. Optional sponsored placement, co-branded materials, and their exact terms are agreed separately.

Can I cancel?

A free partner credit is not a paid subscription. For any paid placement, we agree on the start date and cancellation terms in writing before you accept. Free participation never converts to paid automatically. Contact us if you want to change or end your arrangement.

Do I need to create or manage the group?

No. Start with an existing group. If a community needs a new one, Nayborlee reviews it before opening. Your role can stay limited to sharing the listing and welcome materials; there is no required event schedule or member management.

Does sponsorship give me access to member conversations?

No. Partner recognition does not include private conversations, member lists, or personal contact details. Neighbors choose whether to follow your public link or contact you.

What do I send to get started?

Your name or brokerage, a public website, the neighborhoods you serve, and where you would share the joining link. We confirm fit and the exact arrangement before publication.
